CONSIP - SERVIZIO LUCE 4

What is it? The “Servizio Luce” is one of the initiatives offered by Consip to Italian public administrations to pomote energy efficiency. This service includes energy supply, energy requalification and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of ublic lighting system.

The agreement for Lot 10 has been extended by an additional 12 months, with the new deadline set for 01/03/2024.

The areas of Lot 10 are Puglia 2 (Province of Barletta, Andria, Trani, Bari, Brindisi, Lecce e Taranto), Basilicata and Calabria 2 (Provinces of Catanzaro, Cosenza, Crotone and Vibo Valentia)

The agreement for Lot 4 has been extended by an additional 12 months, with the new deadline set for 10/12/2023.

The regions of Lot 4 are Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The agreement for Lot 3 has been extended by an additional 12 months, with the new deadline set for 30/07/2023.

The regions of Lot 3 are Trentino Alto Adige and Lombardia (Provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Cremona, Lecco, Mantova and Sondrio).

Quick start and completion of work (4-6 months); una fondamentale guarantee of energy savings through the certification and control system developed by ENEA, the National Agency for New Technologies, with the PELL (Public Energy Living Lab) program; streaming of facility management through the integration of structures and related regulatory compliance and technological adaptation works; environmental sustainability through the use of equipment designed for energy savings and lower CO2 emissions. 

Public lighting technology management

The service offered includes the supply of electrical energy, the management and operation of the system, as well as their maintenance and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the company can provide an inventory of the facilities, a call center and an information system.

Technological management of traffic signal system

The service includes the supply of electrical energy, the management and operation of the system, as well as the maintenance and regulatory compliance of the installations.

Energy management services

Including: energy requalification interventions, participation in the ENEA PELL project, monitoring and certification of savings.

Additional services

Introduction of a pilot project for the promotion of a smart city.

Administration

Are you a public entity and want to join?

  • You can submit a non-binding and non-committal Preliminary Supply Request (RPF) to City Green Light for the administration.
  • Coordinate the census activities with the administration’s officials.
  • Subsequently a Technical Economic Plan (PTE) will be jointly approved, and the main supply order (OPF) will be formulated, including the results of the site inspection and the PTE.
  • Finally the management of the facilities should be transferred to City Green Light upon the signing of the handover protocol.
