The rules, financial, technological and contractual solutions along with private capital and expertise, are already available, but a renewed strategy is needed to fully harness the potential of PPPs and encourage their greater use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b82ef18603f8bf1a979668a523f454fc\" style=\"font-size:15px\">The core theme of the conference is the informed choice of PPPs by public entities in a post-NRRP (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) context, not only as a financial tool to address the shortage of public resources but also as the best option for generating environmental, social and economic value within territories.
