Lumagest is an operator specialized in the management and improvement of public lighting in municipalities across Central Italy, particularly in Abruzzo and Lazio. It was established to guarantee efficient, safe, and sustainable services for local municipalities, enhancing local expertise. Since 2023, it has been part of the City Green Light Group, a national leader in the management and development of innovative solutions for public lighting and smart cities.

Management system
We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Lumagest S.r.l. resolved, on 27 March 2025, to update the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (MOG 231) , the Group Code of Ethics, and the Whistleblowing Procedure.
These documents, which are fundamental to our commitment to transparency, integrity, and compliance with current regulations, represent the pillars of our corporate governance and our Group’s organizational culture.
