Lumagest – City Green Light Group
Lumagest S.r.l. is a company subject to the management and coordination of City Green Light.
The company, also thanks to the awarding of the “Elena” and “Paride” framework agreements, manages public lighting systems in municipalities across Central Italy, offering a complete service that includes regulatory compliance, energy supply, consumption monitoring, and routine and extraordinary maintenance.

We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Lumagest S.r.l. resolved, on 27 March 2025, to update the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (MOG 231) , the Group Code of Ethics, and the Whistleblowing Procedure.
These documents, which are fundamental to our commitment to transparency, integrity, and compliance with current regulations, represent the pillars of our corporate governance and our Group’s organizational culture. All individuals, both inside and outside the City Green Light organization, are required to respect and comply with the rules contained therein.
