Site Manager – Calabria, Veneto
The Site Manager performs inspections on the work of operational personnel, ensuring that the quality of the service provided aligns with the agreed service levels. By optimally organizing and coordinating subcontracted companies, the Site Manager maximizes the effectiveness of interventions, promptly resolving any technical issues and proposing the best possible solutions while respecting the client’s needs and contractual economic aspects. Following the directives of the Project Manager, they plan and organize all site needs, from coordinating and supervising direct personnel and subcontractors to procuring materials and managing equipment and tools. Electrical Systems Designer – Lombardy, Veneto, Lazio, Campania
The position involves designing public lighting systems, low voltage (LV) distribution systems, as well as civil and industrial electrical systems. Responsibilities include conducting energy audits, verifying the compliance of electrical systems, performing testing, and providing technical support for project management and site operations.
Specifically, the role involves designing electrical systems, sizing LV lines and panels, preparing preliminary, executive, and as-built project documentation (including quantity take-offs, reports, schedules, Autocad or QGIS drawings, and construction and installation details). The role also includes site inspections and measurements to assess system compliance and design energy efficiency improvements, regulatory updates, technological upgrades, and extraordinary maintenance. The designer will support testing and manage design projects, plan activities, and monitor progress. They will also provide technical support to the commercial and purchasing functions and to project operations.

Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Project & Structured Finance Manager, is responsible for assessing the economic feasibility and financial profitability of projects, including those involved in M&A operations.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing actual and/or forecast data, performing economic-financial modeling of business cases, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses of profitability, identifying potential risks, and monitoring KPIs while analyzing trends. The role involves creating reports for the business and top management and supporting the accounting and controlling team in optimizing accounting processes and planning and control activities.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in economics or finance, at least two years of prior experience in a similar role, and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Data Query and Data Management tools is preferred. Additionally, a strong understanding of general accounting principles, effective communication skills, teamwork and organizational abilities, and the ability to meet deadlines are required.

Project Manager – Northern Puglia Area
The sought-after candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of assigned contracts in compliance with contractual conditions, while simultaneously generating new opportunities and ancillary work and maintaining client loyalty. Project Manager for MT/BT Substations and Charging Stations

Project Manager Assistant – Lombardy and Friuli-Venezia Giulia Areas

Bid Engineer – Vicenza, Milan, Rome, Naples, Messina
The Bid Engineer is responsible for the technical and economic analysis of tenders and Project Financing in the areas of Public Lighting and Smart City services. The role involves supporting the commercial function in preparing Project Financing proposals by performing bid engineering activities and preparing technical-management proposals. Additionally, the Bid Engineer is responsible for the economic analysis of the proposal, ensuring adherence to set economic goals and company procedures.
The selected candidate will review published tenders related to Public Lighting and Smart City services, ensuring compliance with technical and economic requirements.
