Today in Milan, at Microsoft’s headquarters, during the event “Cloud Data Platform & Analytics: City Green Light’s Digitalization Journey with Microsoft Azure and PowerBI” the platform for data management and enhancement by City Green Light was introduced.
In the dynamic and increasingly complex context of the environmental, economic and social challenges we are facing, City Green Light has designed a new platform for data management and enhancement, setting the ambitious goal of transforming its business information into a strategic resource for its clients. The projects aims to guide informed decisions, foster growth and revolutionize the business model, representing a significant step towards a data-driven approach in project management.
The Data Platform, developed with the support of the partner Horsa, has been designed to optimally handle data from various company sources, offering the possibility to analyze them in a unified environment and making them immediately accessible to both internal and external users. The implementation of the Data Platform is part of a broader and ambitious project that aims to introduce a cultural change in the company, transforming the methods of managing information and operational processes.
City Green Light aims to position itself more and more as a reference partner for administrations engaged in an energy and digital transition. In an era where optimizing the use of energy resources is essential, providing concrete support for change, not only in the field of energy efficiency but also in the strategic enhancement of data from the “Smart City”.
The platform provides real-time data on various operational areas, including energy efficiency with detailed information on energy consumption and decarbonization goals. At the same time, it offers a comprehensive overview of call center activity, assistance and maintenance of facilities. On the Smart City front, the platform can map data flows from various digitized urben assets, facilitating timely interventions to ensure their proper functioning and fueling predictive analyses to support administrations in data-driven and sustainability-oriented urban development.
City Green Light’s platform is designed to cover a wide range of usage scenarios, including public lighting, energy, air quality, renewable energy communities, video surveillance, smart parking and electric vehicle charging. This flexibility allows administrations and companies to tailor the platform to their specific needs, maximizing the potential of data for a more sustainable and efficient future.
