PLATFORM
City Green Light, has adopted the following channels:
- Portal/Software, accessible at the following address: https://citygreenlight.integrityline.com/frontpage,
- Voice recording (on a messaging/ recorded voicemail system) possible through the Portal/Software,
- Direct in-person meeting with one or more Report Managers, also through a possible remote video conference session.
Through which you can report an issue related to:
– Offenses covered by Legislative Decree 231/2001
– Violations of our Organizational Model 231 (including the Code of Ethics)
– Violations of regulations listed in Legislative Decree 24/2023 and/or other violations as outlined in our Whistleblowing Procedure.
The channels mentioned above cannot be used to report:
– Violations other than those indicated above
– Disputes, claims or requests of a union nature related to the management of contractual relationships with the company (e.g. salary disputes, etc.) and will therefore not be considered.
The User Instructions for the Portal/Software, as well as the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, can be found by directly connecting to the aforementioned address.
